Typo Fixed on Atlantic City Hard Rock Casino Sign
As opening day draws closer at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City, many new props, signs and design elements continue to be installed. One such addition was that of the brand’s guitar sign, which is featured at all major Hard Rock outlets. In the rush to get all preparations done before opening day, it seems though that somebody may have forgotten to proofread the sign as it didn’t quite read so nicely when it was initially installed.
Hard Rock Casino Guitar Misspelling
The new guitar sign (modelled in the shape of the legendary Gibson Les Paul) featured an error on the treble switch. Instead of reading “rhythm”, the word on the 30-foot (or 9-metre) instrument read “rhythm” for all the world to see.
Officials were quick to notice the error and corrected it on Thursday. The guitar sign is one of two that will be installed at the new Hard Rock Casino and Hotel’s entrance. The second guitar will be installed later this week – hopefully without any spelling errors too!
Hard Rock City Casino Atlantic City to Open in June
The new hotel and casino addition to the Hard Rock brand is set to open on 28 June. It is worth noting that this is the same day that Ocean Resort Casino will be opening its doors (which incidentally only just received its gambling license.)
With these two new additions, it certainly does seem as if it is shaping up to be a strong summer for Atlantic City. If you’re visiting the area soon, it may be worthwhile to check out the new casino just to see what it has. If not, remember that you can always play your favourite casino games online here at Maple Casino – Canada’s top casino site!
