Introduction   

 

   

The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and Vegas Partner Lounge or its Casinos and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and Vegas Partner Lounge or its Casinos with regards to playing in the Casino.

'Vegas Partner Lounge' refers to all of its Casino Brands, including: 'Crazy Vegas Casino', 'Crazy Vegas Mobile', 'Golden Riviera Casino', 'Golden Riviera Mobile', 'Casino-Mate', 'Casino-Mate Mobile', 'Maple Casino', and 'Maple Mobile Casino.' All terms and conditions contained herein apply to these Casinos and you obtain no rights to such term, nor any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, by using the website and the material contained therein.

You shall hold Vegas Partner Lounge or its Casinos, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of: (1) your entry, use, or reuse of the website, (2) your use of any materials at the website, (3) your entry, use, or reuse of the Casinos' server, (4) your participation in the game, or, (5) your acceptance of any prizes.

Game play is regulated under the gaming licence granted to Go North Limited by the Malta Gaming Authority and subject to Maltese laws. The licence number is MGA/CL1/405/2007. These Terms and Conditions are also governed by Maltese law.


1. General

1.1 The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of any Vegas Partner Lounge Casinos:

1.2 Vegas Partner Lounge Terms and Conditions may be published in several international languages for information purposes and ease of access by Players. In the case of any discrepancy between an English and non-English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall always take precedence.

1.3 Vegas Partner Lounge or its Casinos shall not be liable for computer or Internet malfunctions nor attempts by the Player to participate in the game by methods, means or ways not intended by Vegas Partner Lounge or its Casinos.

1.4 Vegas Partner Lounge Casinos are not financial institutions and therefore no interest is accumulated on deposits.

1.5 Vegas Partner Lounge and its Casinos reserve the right, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, to add new activities or games to the Casino or to discontinue any activity or game of the Casino at any time.

1.6 Upon opening an account at any Vegas Partner Lounge Casino the Player agrees to receive correspondence from Vegas Partner Lounge and all its brands. Players can unsubscribe at any time through the digital correspondence or by contacting our Helpdesk.

1.7 By accepting any prize and/or winnings from Vegas Partner Lounge or any of its Casinos, the Player consents to the use of his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. While the Casino protects all personal data entrusted to us we reserve the right to use the Players first name and first initial of the surname (e.g. Mary J) in any Casino announcement regarding promotion results.

Maple Casino's responsible gambling policies are put in place to protect the player and will take all possible measures to do so; however Maple Casino accepts no responsibility or liability if the player willingly partakes in gambling and/or seeks the use of the Website with the deliberate intent of negating the measures implemented and/or Maple Casino is unable to enforce the policy due to circumstances outside of Maple Casino's reasonable control and feasible scope.

1.9 Vegas Partner Lounge, its Casinos and all its sub domains are operated by Go North Limited and are licensed in Malta.

1.10 All games are operated and licensed by Go North Limited.

1.11 Vegas Partner Lounge and its Affiliates and Partners, do not extend any form of credit. All real money wagered must be placed using your own money or bonus money where applicable.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Players must be over the age of Legal Majority i.e. Players must be an adult as the term is legally defined in the Player's jurisdiction. In all circumstances the minimum age for entry is 18, but the actual minimum age is determined by a Player's country's laws.

2.2 Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right to request proof of age at any time to ensure the prohibition of play by minors.

2.3 Player shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to participate in the games.

2.4 The activities and games of the Casino are open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Player acknowledges that it is their responsibility to understand laws in their jurisdiction, which may prohibit participation of the Online Casino facility.

2.5 Playing at Vegas Partner Lounge Casinos is prohibited to all employees of the Vegas Partner Lounge and its Casinos, including officers or directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers, service providers , other affiliated companies and members of their immediate families.

2.6 The Player understands that the games are for entertainment value only and at the Player's sole decision. The Player understands and acknowledges that no purchase is necessary or required to join the Casino.

2.7 If the Player wishes to play without real money (Practice Play), he/she may do so.

2.8 By placing real wagers, the Player warrants that he/she is legally able to do so within his/her jurisdiction and that he/she accepts that Vegas Partner Lounge is unable to provide any warranties as to their legality or otherwise of their participation in real money play.

3. Accounts

It is the Player's responsibility to maintain his/her account details and keep them up-to-date at any one, or more Vegas Partner Lounge Casinos. The Player shall make every effort to notify the Casino if any of their personal information and/or contact details change against what the Player supplied at the time of registration. The Player will not hold the Casinos, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents liable, resulting from any damages from the Player providing incorrect personal or contact details, example requesting a delivery of a withdrawal.

The Player is entirely responsible for keeping all account number and password information secure and secret. Vegas Partner Lounge or its Casinos shall not be required to maintain user names or passwords if the Player misplaces, forgets, loses, or is otherwise unable to enter the Casino because of anything other than Vegas Partner Lounge's error. The Player shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse the Player's account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Web site, accept any Prize, or participate in the Games. The Player is entirely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may occur on his/her account.

The selling, transferring and/or acquiring of accounts to/from any other Vegas Partner Lounge Player is prohibited.

As a Player at Vegas Partner Lounge, it is agreed that the Player is not permitted to make an Inter-account Transfer to other accounts that are not registered in the Player's name.

3.1 Account Cancellation

Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right to cancel an account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to the Player. Any balance in the Casino Account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to the Player's credit card or sent to the Player by cheque. In some circumstances, an alternative payment method may be required in order to return the balance amount to the Player. However, Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to lock any accounts, void any winnings and confiscate any account balance in the Player's Casino Account in any of the following circumstances:

3.1.1 If the Player has more than one active account for any of our individual Casinos (he/she may however have an account at each one of our Casino Brands);

3.1.2 If the name on the Player's Casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s), or other banking methods used to make purchases on the Player's Casino Account;

3.1.3 If the Player participates in a Casino promotion and cashes in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;

3.1.4 If the Player provides incorrect or misleading registration information;

3.1.5 If the Player is not of legal age: Only Players who are legally permitted by their country or jurisdiction can participate in online gambling. Under no circumstances will Vegas Partner Lounge be held responsible for legalities implemented by any Player's specific jurisdiction. Vegas Partner Lounge strongly discourages participation from countries or jurisdictions that do not consent internet gambling;

3.1.6 If the Player has allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on his/her Casino Account;

3.1.7 If the Player has not played at the Casino on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (i.e. the Player has played in a professional sense or in concert with other Player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);

3.1.8 If the Player has "charged back" any of the purchases made with his/her credit card or any other purchase method whatsoever on his/her Casino Account;

3.1.9 If the Player is found cheating or if it is determined by Vegas Partner Lounge that the Player has employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the Casino;

3.1.10 If Players are found to be linked to one another via hardware, financial accounts and/or suspicious trends;

3.1.11 If Vegas Partner Lounge should become aware that the Player has played at any other online Casino under any of the circumstances set out at 3.1.1 to 3.1.10 above.

3.1.12 Vegas Partner Lounge, with the assistance of software provider Microgaming™, reserves the right to close (or refuse) Real Accounts registered from certain countries. This policy was introduced after high volume credit card fraud originated in these countries. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out more than the amount of the purchases made on the account. We apologize to the customers from the countries detailed below for the inconvenience caused. The countries are from certain parts of South East Asia, Eastern Europe and Southern Africa.

3.1.13 Vegas Partner Lounge is not allowed to accept Players from the following countries: United States of America, Belgium, Denmark, Cyprus, France (France Metropolitan, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French South Territories), Greece, Italy (Vatican City), Spain, South Africa, and the United Kingdom and Ireland.

3.2 Account Closure Procedure

3.2.1 Players are able to have their accounts closed at any time. In order to facilitate this, we would require an account closure request in writing. It would be necessary for Players to send the required documents and Approved Purchase Reports in order to close an account.

3.2.2 When a Player requests an account closure the balance on the Player's account is made available for the Player to cash in. Normal required cash in documents will be requested and wagering terms and conditions will apply.

3.2.3 Players with Gambling Problems are allowed to close their accounts. Any funds left in the cash account will be refunded where possible. Bonuses will not be refunded – only funds in the Cash Account.

3.3 Dormant Account

If no activity is registered on a Player's Casino Account for a period of 180 days, this account shall be deemed to be a dormant account under Malta's Remote Gaming Regulations (LN 176 of 2004). An email will go out to the Player to notify the Player that there is a cash balance in the account. Should the Player not claim the cash balance, it will be removed and put into a suspense account. However, the Player can at any time request the funds to be returned. Thereafter, Vegas Partner Lounge will make every effort to reimburse the balances in the Player's account and failing that, balances in the account will be remitted to the Malta Gaming Authority.

Under Malta's Remote Gaming Regulations (LN 176 of 2004), the following procedure will be followed with regards to dormant accounts:

3.3.1 After 180 days of inactivity a Player's account will be declared dormant

3.3.2 The Player will be informed, via email, that there is a cash balance in the account

3.3.3 Should the cash balance not be claimed, it will be placed into a suspense account

3.3.4 The Player can request the funds to be returned at any time, and Vegas Partner Lounge will make every effort to reimburse the balances

3.3.5 After 30 month of inactivity the balances in the dormant account will be remitted to the Malta Gaming Authority

4. Deposits/Withdrawals/Winnings

4.1 Any deposit made into your Casino account is an indication to the Casino of your intention to wager at the Casino. Failing to wager your deposit at least 1 time (1x), will result in all purchase processing fees being deducted. Under such circumstances, management has the right to remove processing fees at any time without Player notification.

4.2 Players must play in the currency of the country in which they reside if it is available. If their home currency is not available, Players may choose to play in any of the following currencies: Euro, British Pounds, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars and Australian Dollars. Please note the minimum deposit value is $/£/€10. Should Players not observe this rule their Bonuses will be removed. Players must consider the convenience of their chosen currency in their geographic region.

4.3 Any and all materials submitted for prize claims become the property of Vegas Partner Lounge or its Casinos and will not be returned. Vegas Partner Lounge or its Casinos is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due mail, requests, prize claims or entries.

4.4 Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of a hardware/software error or malfunction. Players found abusing such errors/malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings forfeited. In the event of a software system malfunction all bets are void.

4.5 Players will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of €4,000 per week. The remaining amount will be placed back in the player's account until such time that they are eligible for a further withdrawal. All progressive wins are exempt from this clause. Casino Management may not exercise this clause in some instances.

4.6 Where a Sign-Up Bonus has been granted to you, subject to you being required to have met all wagering requirements, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 times your deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited. All progressive wins are exempt from this clause. Casino Management may not exercise this clause in some instances.

4.7.1 Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, even money, zero, low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes.

4.7.2 All requested verification documentation must be received before your withdrawal pending period has lapsed. Failure to comply with all document requests will result in your withdrawal being confiscated or returned to your casino account.

4.7.3 Withdrawals made on week days, Monday to Thursday, are subject to a minimum pending period of 24 hours. i.e. You will be allowed access to your withdrawal for 24 hours or more, after your withdrawal has been requested. All withdrawals which have completed the pending period after 04:00 GMT on a Friday and weekends, Saturday and Sunday, will be subject to a pending period that ends on the following Monday at 04:00 GMT.

5. Promotions

5.1 In addition to the standard Terms and Conditions, certain Terms and Conditions govern all promotions and special offers offered to Players. These are found under Promotional Terms and Conditions. Please visit the Promotion Terms and Conditions pages for each of our Casinos. Each individual Casino may publish additional terms and conditions which further govern your use of the website and Casino.

5.2 Any promotion or giveaway run by the Casino for any kind of merchandise or cash is not inclusive of any taxes, registrations, licensing, insurance, postage or delivery unless otherwise stipulated within the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

5.3 The Player is responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that are collected/ claimed from Vegas Partner Lounge or any of its Casinos.

5.4 The progressives' payouts are not regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority.

6. Cash-ins

All cash-ins will be subject to audit before being processed. The Player will have to provide Vegas Partner Lounge with a copy of proof of identity, a recent utility bill not older than 3 months that reflects the Player's address details, copies of the front and back of all registered credit cards at the Casino, an approval signed purchase history and/or other appropriate documentation when withdrawing credits. The proof of identity must exactly match the registered name and surname of the Casino account. Failure to provide the necessary documentation after it has been requested, or the submission of fraudulent documentation, means that the Player's Casino account will be locked and all winnings and/or cash-in will be Void and/or any cash-ins will be token refunded to the Player's Casino account. Any amount less than $/£/€20 will not be cashed out, and will be credited back to the Player's Casino account.

6.1 The Bonus portion of a Casino balance cannot be cashed in, and will be removed from the cash-in amount.

6.2 As the wagering requirements are met, the Bonus balance will be converted to cash, in 10-token increments.

6.3 A pending period will apply for all cash-ins (please refer to point 4.7.1 and 4.7.2 for details).

6.4 Instances where a Bonus will be credited:

* If the Full cash-in amount is reversed within the cash-in pending period.

6.5 Instances where a Bonus will be NOT credited:

* Cash-in reversals are done in increments during the 24-hour pending period
* Part of the cash-in is requested to be token refunded after the 24-hour pending Period.

6.6 Bonus events that cannot be forfeited are:

* Initial Deposit Bonuses
* No-deposit Bonuses
* VIP Bonuses.

6.7 The events mentioned above require the Player to complete the wagering requirements. Players must wager 50x before being allowed to cash in.

6.8 The above points are subject to the Casino management's discretion at all times.

6.9 Suspicious cash-ins will be audited.

7. Privacy and Disputes

7.1 Vegas Partner Lounge respects the Player's privacy rights and fully abides by Malta's Data Protection laws. All Player information will be kept confidential and be accessed only by authorized personal that are authorized and controlled by the organization. We will not disclose or share any sensitive information about a Player if specifically prohibited to do so by Maltese laws. Any personal identification documentation will be for the sole purpose of identifying the Player who registered the Casino account/s in question and also for determining the legitimacy of account registrations and activity. Vegas Partner Lounge will keep all documentation received as well as personal account information relating to the Player, confidential, secure and safe. Vegas Partner Lounge may forward or disclose any such documentation or personal information when required by law to appropriate authorities for the prevention and detection of crime or any other duly authorized purpose of any public authority, or pursuant to the order of any competent court. Where applicable Vegas Partner Lounge may also forward relevant documentation as proof of identity and/or convey personal and account information to a third party for use in the recovery of any sums owed to Vegas Partner Lounge by the Player

7.2 If any disputes arise with regard to any outcome in any game, the Player must submit their complaint to Vegas Partner Lounge in writing within fourteen (14) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on the Casino software and the Casino's server software, the result showing on the Casino's server software shall be the official and governing result of the Casino.

7.3 If any complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction he/she has the right to refer such complaint to the Malta Gaming Authority by sending an email to [email protected]

7.4 Vegas Partner Lounge will not abuse its relationship with the Player by conducting any unauthorised activity on the Player's computer system.

8. Abuse

Fraud /Chargebacks:

8.1 Funds are withheld in all circumstances regarding Fraud and Chargeback issues. Only if these issues are resolved to our satisfaction, will a balance in a Player's account be refunded

8.2 It is unlawful to deposit funds at Vegas Partner Lounge Casinos obtained from ill-gotten means.

8.3 Any criminal or suspicious activities will be reported.

8.4 Materials of the Casino (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorized legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or any other errors. Liability for materials of the Casino containing any error is limited to replacement of same.

9. Suspension, Cancellation and Refresh policies.

Should the Player experience a system disruption to the game and a loss of connectivity, they will need to access the Help tab within the Casino lobby.

9.1 Suspension

9.1.1 Games may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance. In this event, the Casino will notify the Player beforehand.

9.1.2 Once the game has been suspended, all game play will be treated as Refresh.

9.2 Refresh

Refresh displays the result of the last game played when the Player returns to that game. Refresh does the following if the Player is disconnected from the Casino server or Internet:

9.2.1 If the Player's computer is disconnected before the results of the last game are displayed, then the amount won or lost, the credit balance, and the final game state is displayed when they return to the game.

9.2.2 Should the Player's game be interrupted, there is an indefinite time frame to return to the game and refresh.

9.2.3 The Player can inspect the results of game play where an interruption was caused by a system failure in PlayCheck.

9.2.4 All transactions (wagers) within a game session are available in PlayCheck up unto the point of failure. If failure occurs at the point that a wager has been placed and further Player interaction is not required, then the result of that wager will be available in PlayCheck.

9.2.5 If failure occurs at the point that a wager has been placed and further Player interaction is required, then the result of that wager will only be available in PlayCheck once the game is completed.

9.2.6 If the Players computer is disconnected while a game is in progress, and they can still make decisions in the game, the Player is able to complete that game when they return to it.

9.2.7 If the request to play a new game does not reach the Casino server before the Player is disconnected, the result of the previous game is displayed when they return to the game.

9.3 Cancellation

9.3.1 In the event of a game being cancelled, the Player will be notified of a date and time when the game is to be taken down.

9.3.2 On this date, the game will be removed and the Player will no longer be able to start a new game session.

9.3.3 Games may be removed without notice in the event of a technical malfunction and / or a legal requirement calling for immediate action.
